Integrative Holistic Health
Mitochondrial Metabolism

Philosophy

We don’t take health for granted, and illness isn’t a coincidence.

Illnesses primarily arise as a result of a disturbed balance on a mental or physical level. Symptoms are signs of metabolic blockages and cellular energy deficiencies.

In the modern world, numerous factors threaten our mental and biological balance. Stress and environmental toxins lead to damage to cells and organs. The consequences are a lack of energy and loss of vitality; physical ailments limit quality of life.

Using a holistic approach, we look beyond the symptoms and seek the underlying causes of illness. Our assessment encompasses all aspects from birth onward; by taking a holistic view of your life, we can identify weaknesses and provide you with targeted recommendations for prevention.

We promote salutogenesis and help you create the best conditions for restoring your body’s natural balance.

“We don’t manage diseases, we promote health”

mission

From lack of energy to vitality and fulfilled quality of life in all areas

Fatigue and exhaustion are among the cardinal symptoms of our society. Chronic stress with insufficient recovery phases damage the immune system and lead to an imbalance that inevitably leads to physical and psychological symptoms: a creeping vicious circle. We help you break this cycle step by step.

The loss of vitality begins in the biochemical processes of the cell: too little energy or too much toxins. Chronic energy deficiency should be taken seriously as a warning signal.

We recommend an analysis of both the neurobiology in the brain and the central metabolic processes in the various organs.

We optimize your metabolism so that your body can supply sufficient energy and detoxify effectively. This is the basis for a strong immune system and healthy stress resistance.

“Without light and without energy there is no life”

Methode

The “Integrative Holistic Revitalization” (IHR) approach encompasses all sustainable measures to promote stable health: nutrition, exercise, rest and regeneration, stress management, micronutrients, detoxification, intestinal health, metabolic regulation, acid-base balance, behavior and social skills, including the identification and definition of personal life roles, and psychological and spiritual life concepts.

IHR is based on a molecular biological understanding of cellular functions, knowledge of metabolic processes, and salutogenesis. It combines scientific findings on mitochondrial metabolism with experience from alternative and complementary methods.

We assess general and organ-specific health and analyze individual stress levels at the neurobiological and cellular levels to identify the central stressor and potential metabolic weaknesses. We attach particular importance to interdisciplinary cooperation across different disciplines so that a holistic synergy can emerge: there is no exclusion or dogmatization; there is discussion and completion.
