Prevention is not a trend, but a lifestyle!
Hiltpold, Nadja

In her patient care, as a qualified nurse (HF), she realized that many illnesses could have been avoided through a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, she began to increasingly focus on salutogenesis, the factors that promote health and vitality. She attended various continuing education courses and seminars on prevention and stress management and completed a degree in psychological counseling. In her client care, she addresses not only holistic health issues but also resistance to change. Her experience as an instructor in simulated emergency situations made her aware of the importance of an interdisciplinary approach and clear communication in interpersonal interactions for successfully overcoming common challenges. This gave rise to her vision of establishing a holistic health center that, under the umbrella of IHH, combines various specialist competencies and encompasses all aspects of human existence.

She passionately advises people who want to invest in their health, restore strength and energy to their lives, and/or develop personally. An essential prerequisite for this is the willingness to recognize the factors that cause illness, the will to change, and the courage to let go of old habits. She also mentors numerous people who, in turn, want to pass on the most important pillars of health to those around them.

Roth, Thomas (Dr. med.)

Expert in mitochondrial dysfunction, neurobiology and stress, and Long-Covid. Integrative Holistic Health Coach.

Health is not just a desirable state, but an active process!
Roth, Thomas (Dr. med.)

He has always been interested in the human being as a whole, not only as a physical organ system, but also as an emotional and spiritual being with all its sociocultural aspects. During his training, he studied the effects of stress on the body and the immune system. As an ENT specialist, he was particularly interested in the neuroregulation of the mucous membranes of the nose, mouth, and throat.

In 2020, he founded Otorino Ticino, a center for ENT and head and neck surgery in Ticino (otorinoticino.ch). Through his highly qualified training and many years of experience in head and neck surgery and facial surgery, he recognized the limitations of surgery and drug therapy for chronic, recurring diseases, which is why he increasingly focused his attention on prevention and salutogenesis, following the motto: prevention is the best medicine. Not only are the healing processes significantly improved, but patients generally feel more vital when their immune systems are competent and their stress levels are balanced.

In his studies of mitochondrial function, he discovered comprehensive solutions for the care of people with chronic conditions.

Therefore, he trained as a holistic health coach so that he could convey his holistic perspective on illness and health to interested clients. He shares his extensive knowledge in lectures and courses.

Giordano, Barbara

Holistic Health Coach. Expert in resilience, salutogenesis, and supplementation.

Health has as many individual aspects as each person!
Giordano, Barbara

In her many years of experience as a pediatric nurse and family counselor, she repeatedly observed how different each person is and how individually each family system functions due to the various physical, emotional, and social aspects.

During her training as a kinaesthetics trainer more than 20 years ago, she expanded her understanding of movement and human behavior and explored the essential question of what support and resources people need to master their life’s challenges and increase their self-efficacy in various areas.

Further training in health, education, and personal development solidified her conviction that each challenge should be addressed differently.

She complemented her concepts with training as a certified health coach (according to Prof. Spitz), which gave her a deeper understanding of holistic health and prevention. Her counseling focuses on key topics such as balanced nutrition, nutrient supplementation, intestinal health, exercise, and stress factors.

She passionately supports children and families to show them that the decisive role for health and well-being lies in the dynamic interplay of the above-mentioned aspects, with the goal of being able to successfully influence their lives and their health.
