Prevention

Prevention is the daily and continuous investment in our health.

Many diseases could be avoided if we specifically looked for the stressors, the metabolic imbalances or the silent inflammations in the body.

We specifically look for deficiencies, dysregulations, or blockages in metabolism and recommend measurements that are useful and effective from a preventative perspective. Our focus is particularly on oxidative and nitrosative stress: the silent killers of our system.

Our motto regarding laboratory tests: targeted and prioritized, as little as possible and as much as necessary. We value cost-effective and targeted care.

We’ll teach you the fundamental pillars of health and which factors promote salutogenesis and prevent disease. We’ll make you aware of harmful influences and health-promoting behaviors.

Based on physical and mental stress, we provide you with guidance for adequate recovery, with the autonomic nervous system, vagus activity, and sleep hygiene playing a key role: without healthy sleep, there is no recovery, and without recovery, there is no regeneration.

You will learn to take personal responsibility for your health and will develop a new awareness of your body, which is an essential element in holistic prevention.

Children

Healthy children: the future of a healthy society!

Also children are exposed to considerable stress. They experience the hectic pace of modern society from an early age. Family conflicts and/or separations shape their social environment and threaten their basic trust.

The diet is adapted to the modern lifestyle: fast, high in calories, and low in micronutrients. Due to the high proportion of carbohydrates and sugar (especially sugary drinks), metabolic disorders and immune deficiencies are inevitable even in childhood and adolescence: chronic infections, attention deficits and behavioral problems, depression, and diabetes. Increasing allergies and food intolerances are indicators of pollutant and heavy metal exposure, as well as a disrupted microbiome.

Due to technological advances, they not only lose their healthy connection to nature, but are also exposed to electromagnetic radiation that disrupts their circadian rhythms and healthy brain development. Information overload creates additional stress, which negatively impacts recovery and leads to psycho-mental problems.

The virtual world of social media channels not only tends to cause children to lose touch with reality, but also disrupts their natural personal development. Furthermore, they experience rigid learning methods in the school system and sanctions for violating norms. Since there is little room for individuality, these emerging adults often experience an inner emptiness and feel insecure and lonely. Fake news, geopolitical horror scenarios, and constantly changing political opinions can leave them feeling profoundly disoriented.

Because of these issues, early education by parents and appropriate prevention for the whole family are essential.
