In her patient care, as a qualified nurse (HF), she realized that many illnesses could have been avoided through a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, she began to increasingly focus on salutogenesis, the factors that promote health and vitality. She attended various continuing education courses and seminars on prevention and stress management and completed a degree in psychological counseling. In her client care, she addresses not only holistic health issues but also resistance to change. Her experience as an instructor in simulated emergency situations made her aware of the importance of an interdisciplinary approach and clear communication in interpersonal interactions for successfully overcoming common challenges. This gave rise to her vision of establishing a holistic health center that, under the umbrella of IHH, combines various specialist competencies and encompasses all aspects of human existence.
She passionately advises people who want to invest in their health, restore strength and energy to their lives, and/or develop personally. An essential prerequisite for this is the willingness to recognize the factors that cause illness, the will to change, and the courage to let go of old habits. She also mentors numerous people who, in turn, want to pass on the most important pillars of health to those around them.
